Mediation, Binding Mediation and Arbitration Provisions
you can add to your existing Agreements
The
following are simple provisions for mediation, binding mediation,
or arbitration that you can add to your existing agreements.
You
can insert them anywhere in an agreement (just change the section
number to fit it in).
You
can even pen it in right above your signature, just as you sign
the agreement. (Note - You must select only one of the following
three provisions for any one agreement):
15. Mediation. Notwithstanding
anything to the contrary, any dispute relating to this Agreement
shall be resolved under the then
current CPI Rules
for Mediation of Business Disputes.

Binding Mediation. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary,
any dispute relating to this Agreement shall be resolved under
the then current CPI Rules for Binding Mediation of Business
Disputes.
15.
Arbitration. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, any
dispute relating to this Agreement shall be resolved under the
then
current CPI Rules
for Arbitration of Business Disputes.
Stand-Alone Mediation, Binding Mediation
and Arbitration Agreements
The following are three stand alone Agreements you can use to
submit an existing dispute to mediation, binding mediation, or
arbitration. We've kept it intentionally simple:

The
undersigned agree to submit all disputes between and among them
to mediation under the CPI Rules for Mediation of Business Disputes.
